aku try Brownies resepi dari buku resepi aku....pastu gatal letak Chocoate Ganache.. memandangkan teringan brownies Erna...nak buat tapi ade bhn yg tak jumpa sini..so buat la ala2 gitu....


tu le kisah2 aku yg sibuk di dapur..heheh...(dah dok umah tu le keje aku..hehhe)

Antibiotik

Kenapa Perlu Berhati-Hati Mengambil Antibiotik?

1. Antibiotik boleh menyebabkan alahan. Alahan boleh jadi sedikit seperti urticaria iaitu timbul ruam gegata di seluruh badan sehingga ke alahan yang teruk seperti kulit melecur dan sesak nafas.

2. Antibiotik mempunyai kesan sampingan. Antibiotik boleh menyebabkan kesan sampingan kecil seperti loya, pening, muntah dan cirit birit sehingga ke yang teruk seperti kerosakan buah pinggang, usus dan hati, pekak dan sawan. Steven Johnson Syndrome adalah satu kesan sampingan kepada beberapa jenis antibiotik berasaskan sulfa. Ia menyebabkan keadaan kulit seperti terbakar dan juga menyerang kawasan seperti mulut mata dan lidah. Kesan sampingan ini boleh membawa maut.

3. Antibiotik sebagai bom nuklear. Bukan semua bakteria di dalam badan adalah jahat. Bakteria baik di dalam usus sebagai contoh lactobacillus, memenuhi usus supaya bakteria jahat seperti Clostridium Difficile tidak dapat memenuhi ruang tersebut. Malah ada bakteria di usus yang boleh membantu penghadaman dan menghasilkan sejenis vitamin yang membantu manusia. Begitu juga contohnya dengan kawasan vagina wanita. Bakteria baik yang terbunuh boleh menyebabkan "candida", sejenis kulat senang membiak di kawasan itu.

Malangnya, antibiotik tidak mengenal musuh. Ia seperti sebuah BOM NUKLEAR. Kawan atau lawan, semuanya disapu, disembelih dan dibunuh dengan kejam. Pembunuhan beramai-ramai tanpa belas kasihan ini ternyata membawa padah. Selepas tiada lagi bakteria yang baik, maka bakteria yang jahat akan bermaharajalela. Jadilah episod cerita koboi bila sherif dah tak ada.

kadang2 dia nak tgk "123" ..kadang2 "Flags".... kalau dah dia rasa puas belajar tu...dia minta dipasang kan DVD lagu2...(I Like To Sing atau lagu2 yg di download dari internet...) kalau mood dia nak dengar mengaji ..dia suruh pasang DVD Alif Ba Ta atau pun DVD mengaji (bacaan Surah2 dari Al-Quran),.... kena pulak mood dia nak tgk DVD Play School (rancangan kanak2).....pasang.....ikut suka dia la nak berapa round.....sambil tgk DVD tu dia dok main (Lego, Kotak2 terpakai, Botol2 yg leh recycle...etc..) kotak2 tu dia dok mengeja apa perkatan yg ade.....& botol2 pulak dia mengira berapa byk botol yg ade.....

Book Time...

atau pun membaca buku2 dia ....kalau nak umi bacakan ..dia minta la....segala2 buku semua dia suruh bacakan.....termasuk la risalah2 ke kertas2 apa la...sebab dia nak tau apa sebutan perkataan tu.....(esok2 dia baca sendiri n boleh tulis semula la...)

mlm2 biase nye dia nak bapak dia bacakan buku2 faverot dia la..(Atlas/Encyclopedia/Rock &Minerals)..kalau bapak nya bz . ...kena la umi bacakan...

kadang2 tu dia pretend la...tgk dok cakap kat telefon la "Hello!..what number?...134964.."
...bercakap2 ngan bus & kawan2 .....atau pun main dengan kanggaru n koala dia....

seronok dia ......dah tau Flag, dah tau Map..dah tau Ocean...le ni dia sibuk nak tau Capital City pulak.....
Hassan ade satu lagi poster belajar baru.....bulan lepas belikan....dia dah kenal sikit2 sebab dlm Encyclopedia Science dia ade dah.... dia suka dok main teka2(sambil konon2 tekan2 la..macam keybord).... poster belajar "Periodic Table"...... sibuk nak main teka ..H no 1... umi kena la jawab..Hydrogen....dia tunjuk sambil sebut Huruf & Nombor tu.... umi kena bagitau ape benda tu..hehhehhe
tu le permainan dia....belajar dlm permainan.....

No Diapers...

le ni siang2 memang tak pakai diapers ......mlm je pakai...tu pun kena kejutkan bawak pi kencing....kalau tak mau dia tahan tak mau kencing dlm diapers tu....

kalau aku sibuk nak buat kek ke roti..dia pun sibuk "Hassan nak makan kek.."... belum pun bancuh dah ade customer menunggu ni...hehhehe ....sampai la kek dah siap....."sedap"....

Bone China....

aku tak pasti sama ada org tau ke tidak....


ade sesetengah Tableware atau Dinnerware atau Tea Set atau pun apa2 yg berkaitan dengan pinggan mangkuk serta barang hiasan yg seakan2 ceramic/stoneware tu.... di sebut "CHINA" (bukan Made in China tau!!)...di panggil juga Bone China...cam tu la...


kalau ikutkan pemahaman aku melalui apa yg aku dapat maklumat (ade member yg ceritakan asal usul nya Bone China) dan juga dah search kat internet....


kebiasaan nya "China" tu dibuat dari white clay & campuran abu tulang binatang...dan utk menampakkan lagi benda tu berkilat ...mereka guna "pig bone ash"....(biasenye guna cattle bone)


sebab tu la ade brg dinnerware ke stoneware ke apa2 la termasuk la yg piring2 hiasan tu..seakan-akan berkilat......kandungan abu tulang babi la yg membuat nya nampak berkilat...

Isteri saya membeli berus untuk menyapu kuih. Namanya dipanggil 'Pastry Brush', di beli di G'value Tampine Mart sekitar 14 Disember 2002. Ketika hendak menggunakannya dia agak curiga bila melihat dari dekat lagi berus itu. Kerana merasa agak was-was dia telah menalipon syarikat yang mengedarkan berus tersebut, untuk penjelasan. Setelah beberapa hari kemudian pegawai dari syarikat tersebut yang bernama Cik Cindy telah menalipon kembali untuk menerangkan kandungan berus tersebut. Alangkah terkejutnya kami bila diberitahu bahawa berus tersebut diperbuat dari 'Bulu Babi Hutan' ( wild boar ). Dia juga meminta ma'af kerana di kotak berus tersebut tidak menjelaskan dengan lebih lanjut lagi kandungan atau buatan berus itu. Syarikat itu juga sanggup untuk menganti rugi isteri saya. Tetapi kerana ia hanya setakat beberapa dollar sahaja dia tidak menerimanya. Namun bila ditanya isteri saya jika kami boleh menyebarkannya, beliau meminta supaya ia jangan dilakukan.

Cream of Tartar

aku tak arif sgt bab2 ni ...cuma aku ada baca kat buku2 dan juga kat internet ni je..
aku elakkan buat masa ni utk resepi yg mengandungi CoT... sebab aku tak pasti.....
mungkin kalau ade sesapa yg arif bab2 Ingredient ni boleh la bantu ....

It is often used to give stability and strength to whipped egg white, the acid helping to firm the proteins in the white, and allowing them to hold maximum shape and volume.

MENGAPA CREAM OF TARTAR TAK HALAL?
Saya ada terbaca tentang cream of tartar di yahoo. Saya ada resepi kek kukus yang menggunakan cream of tartar. Boleh tak kalau saya tak menggunakan bahan itu untuk membuat kek kukus. Apa akan terjadi pada kek saya jika buat begitu. Atau perlukah digantikan dengan agen yang lain sebabnya setahu saya cream of tartar tak halal ?

Cuba gantikan dengan soda bikarbonat dan sedikit garam, insyaAllah sesuai untuk kek kukus itu. Kek Kukus selalu tidak mengembang sebagaimana kek biasa yg dibakar di dalam oven, jadi, kek anda tetap seperti biasa (hanya kembang sedikit saja). Cream of tartar adalah 'deposit' yg tinggal di sekeliling bekas memeram wain, jadi ia tidak halal. Jika ia diperlukan utk mengentalkan putih telur, campurkan juga sedikit garam kerana ini juga akan membantu bila memukul putih telur (meringue).

ULASAN PRODUK HALAL/ HARAM – Resipi dibawah ini ada menggunakan cream of tartar. D memang tidak ubah resipinya tetapi sebaiknya jangan kita gunakan cream of tartar kerana seperti yang telah diketahui ia adalah deposit dari bekas memerap wain. Jadi bagi pendapat D tak guna cream of tartar yang 1 – 2 sudu pun tak akan menjejas Kek Buah nih.

The natural gum tragacanth is the sap of several species of Middle Eastern legumes of the genus Astragalus, including A. adscendens, A. gummifer, and A. tragacanthus. Some of these species are known collectively under the common names "goat's thorn" and "locoweed". The gum is sometimes called "Syrian tragacanth", "gum elect" or "gum dragon". The name derives from tragos and akantha, which means in Greek "goat" and "thorn", respectively.

Gum tragacanth is a viscous, odorless, tasteless, water-soluble mixture of polysaccharides obtained from sap which is drained from the root of the plant and dried. The gum seeps from the plant in twisted ribbons or flakes which can be powdered. When added to water, tragacanth absorbs water and becomes a gel which can be stirred into a paste. The gum is occasionally used as a stiffener in textiles. It contains an alkaloid that has historically been used as an herbal remedy for such conditions as cough and diarrhea. Gum tragacanth is less common in products than other gums, such as gum arabic or guar gum, mostly due to the fact that most tragacanth is grown in Middle Eastern countries which have shaky trade relations with countries where the gum is to be used. Commercial cultivation of tragacanth plants has generally not proved economically worthwhile in the west, since other gums can be used for similar purposes.

Aku byk kali dah terjumpa word ni..tapi aku tak tau benda n tak tau mana nak carik.....rupa2 nye tu vegetable fat/shorterning tapi warna putih la..

Copha, a registered trademark of Unifoods, is a form of vegetable shortening made from hydrogenated coconut oil. It is 100% fat, 98% of which is saturated. It also contains Soya Bean Lecithin. Buku2 ni tak boleh dibiarkan bersendirian ngan Hassan....mesti dlm pemerhatian dan juga atas permintaan...(kalau tak jadik sampah nanti.... haru...)

Maksudnya...buku2 ni dibacakan oleh Bapak/Umi...dan Hassan boleh membelek2 sendiri buku2 ni dihadapan Bapak/Umi sahaja....
dan atas permintaan nya buku mana yang dia mahu dibacakan...
(dia dah faham....mengapa buku tu disimpan dlm almari bukan dibiarkan di rak mainannya.....dan dia tertunggu2 waktu nya..serta excited nak belajar..)

bukan nya kami baca dari kulit depan ke kulit belakang...
kami pilih2 tajuk2 le..dan bukan mengajar dia baca word by word pun..ajar randomly..
(mengajar mengenal huruf, mengenal objek, mengeja & mengenal nombor..)

dlm buku ni terdpt Bendera2 Negara2 di dunia ni..serta Peta2/Map......(teknik ni boleh diajar bila2 saja & apa2 buku pun..)

tu je la,...dia tak minat sgt buku yg tak "real"....dan kurang minat binatang...

mula2 Flag..lepas tu Map..le ni Capital City...kemudian..dia tanya aku OCEAN la......dia pun tgh pening...kenapa kat World Map tu ARTIC OCEAN ade kat dua2 belah hujung map tu...dah terangkan.... dia tgh fikir le tu....hehhhe
nanti kena la carik GLOBE la ..nak kena terangkan WORLD MAP tu ...adalah BUMI ...yang bentuknya BULAT.....

cam ne aku buat Flash Card..

Flash Card....

Dulu2 sebelum pelajaran Hassan di upgrade dlm Power Point & CD...aku buat dlm bentuk Flash Card .... macam yg di bawah ni laaa....





Cara nya..

1. apa sahaja yg kita fikir nak anak kita belajar...
2. buat dalam word (atau apa saja) boleh juga digunting dari majalah2 atau risalah2 free...gunting ikut citarasa sendiri..
3. dapatkan kertas keras utk menjadikan flash card tu "keras" & tak mudah koyak...boleh guna kotak kasut atau kotak yg tak digunakan (kotak tv atau kotak meja...)...gunting ikut saiz yg dikehendaki..
4. tampal (2) ke atas (3)....
5. kemudian balut (4) dengan plastik balut buku (n selotep kan lee)..
6. siap...

relex.....lihat alam sekitar..


Mari kita tgk pemandangan sekeliling..utk menenangkan fikiran.....

Aku suka tgk langit.....tengok awan...tgk pemandangan..rasa tenang je...
Lokasi rumah kami ni ..atas bukit....kalau dari dlm rumah....bukak tinggap je dah nampak awan...sambil2 mengadap PC...dapat tengok awan bergerak....sungguh Indah Ciptaan -NYA...

ni gambar PELANGI / RAINBOW... pertama kali aku dapat rakam kan di kamera ku.... (diwaktu kami sedang menunggu bas....hujan seketika...kemudian keluar le Pelangi sedikit demi sedikit...)



Bentuk2 awan begini.. sungguh berlainan...seolah2 kita nampak ombak/buih2...bukan ombak dilautan.....tapi ombak diudara.....(aku tak reti nak bagi kata yg sesuai...)

Icing oooo Icing..

Semalam aku buat le aktiviti biase aku...main2 ICING..... dah 2-3 kali aku wat ..tapi semua nye hampeh.... ade yg keras cam batu..ade yg tak cukup...dan semalam....haru....hancussss...... tak leh nak bentuk langsung icing aku tu....uuwwaaaa..

Sebenarnya aku wat SUGARPASTE / FONDANT ICING....(ala icing kat kek kawin tu le..)
aku cuba macam2 resepi...dari pelbagai jenis buku yg aku dah beli ni...

Memang frust gile smlm...nak je aku baling je ICING tu dlm tong....uli2 patu nak letak atas dummy cake.....boleh pulak atas je yg tinggal..yg keliling nye dah putus(cam lembik la pulak..)

....maka tak jadik (FAIL!!!!!!) le aku nye aktiviti semlm tu......next week try lagi lee....nak kena cari resepi yg OK ...

Tempat kami ni dah le RURAL..maka aku tak dpt le nak pi Cake Decorating Class...tak de kat sini ...yg ade kat Brisbane...mau nye aku nak pi...2 jam naik bas nak pi sama...pastu nak balik sini balik.....ikksss...disebabkan tu le aku kena le belajar sendiri ngn buku...(yg teramat2 le sukar..sebab aku ni lembab sikit tang belajar ngan buku tu....tak nampak "real" apa yg buku tu ajar..hehheh)

Fondant Icing ni dan juga Royal Icing le aku nak belajar skrg ni..... Buttercream Icing tu aku dah jumpa la resepi yg OK....tu tak de hal.....(hehhehe yakin nye.....)

Oh ya....Jumaat tu aku try le buat bunga utk Fondant Icing tu lee (bunga utk deco kek tu)...

Ni le rupa bunga2 aku wat tu...bunga Rose..tapi daun nye tak jadik...hehhe


Patutnye bunga ni aku letak atas dummy cake yg di balut ngan Fondant Icing...(tak jadik lee)


kali ni aku try resepi lain...so far boleh le...cuma not the best resepi la...tapi jadik le bunga tu...hehhhe

kenapa aku kena cari resepi2 yg sesuai...sebab ade bahan2 yg aku tak de dan tak jumpa kat tempat aku tinggal ni....maka aku kena la baca resepi2 yg ade dan pilih mana yg aku boleh buat dengan bahan yg sedia ade lee....

## ni entry luah perasaan aku je....perassan Frust!!!!
